Levels of High-Intensity Supports

- Level 2: Advanced support requiring specific skills and qualifications.
- Level 3: Specialised support for complex and high-risk care needs.
Tailored Care for Complex Needs
Our specialised workers are trained by our AHPRA accredited Clinical Nurse/ Registered Nurse to deliver intensive support that addresses the unique needs of each participant, including:
- Challenging Behaviour Management: Assistance with managing
behaviours that require intensive positive behaviour support, with
frequent interventions at least once per shift. - Medical Support: Continuous active support for high medical needs,
such as managing unstable seizures or providing respiratory
assistance. - Health Management: Rigorous attention to health management and
behaviour support to ensure comprehensive care.
